Before it became the thriving venue it is today, this 35-acre property was known locally as a fishing and swimming haven — owned by the Curtis family and cherished for its natural beauty. When Andrew Mashburn saw the land’s potential, he didn’t just build a venue — he cultivated an experience.
Thoughtfully designed from the ground up, Splendor Pond was created to enhance the guest journey at every turn — with wide walkways, expansive bar areas, smart tech like TV monitors and JBL sound systems, and plenty of restrooms (because yes, those matter too!).
Today, it’s so much more than a venue — it’s a flower farm, a celebration space, a peaceful escape, and a love story waiting to be told.

- A Honeymoon Cabin with a king-size bed, smart TV, coffee station, and luxe bathroom — just steps from the venue
- A Groomsmen Cabin on the water, offering relaxation, a 75” TV, and even fishing access
- A private Bridal Suite with LED vanity mirrors, soft natural light, a powder room, and a pergola-covered outdoor lounge area

Splendor Pond is proud to grow over 30 varieties of blooms including snapdragons, dahlias, hydrangeas, David Austin roses, and sunflowers — many of which can be incorporated into your wedding day. It’s hard to imagine a more organic way to personalize your celebration.
