the Legacy Experience
For couples who want expert direction that nurtures creativity and removes overwhelm
The Legacy Experience includes both full-service planning and design. Guided by your story and priorities, we’ll develop a visual narrative, then bring it to life through renderings and design decks. From there, our team sources the elements that will make your wedding truly immersive, from lighting to florals and furnishings. We’ll also curate the team of skilled vendors needed to bring it together on your wedding day.
Along the way, we’ll guide you through the planning process, from managing your budget to keeping track of your personal to-dos. Everything is easily accessible to you in our online portal, and we’re just a call or text away if you have questions.
On your wedding day, our team has two priorities. First, we deliver on the design and flow that we so carefully planned together. And two, we protect your energy and experience, overseeing vendors and guests alike so that you can remain fully present.
This service includes:
- Design dossier, including color story, theming, layouts, and more
- Design of elements such as florals, tablescapes, rentals, food & wine, paper, lighting, and more
- Complete vendor curation, communication + negotiation
- Budget creation, tracking + management
- Guest accommodations + hospitality guidance
- Multiple planning meetings + monthly progress reports
- On-site coordination + production
- Pre-wedding setup and styling, as well as post-wedding take-down
Starting at $10,500 or 10% of the overall wedding budget for large-scale celebrations

The Curated Experience is for couples who want to be hands-on, but also want expert guidance on the aesthetic direction of their wedding. We work with you to determine the most impactful moments, ensure that design is cohesive from start to finish, and curate select vendors.
In addition to design, we’ll support you with, vendor communication, and organization as you plan. On the wedding day, we’ll be present to handle every detail, so that you can remain focused on each other and your guests.
This service includes:

- Vendor guidance and curated recommendations
- Budget tracking tool

As you plan your wedding, we provide structure, trusted recommendations, and consistent oversight, so that you know what you’re supposed to be doing and when. We’re your resource for any questions that arise, from invitation wording to how much time to plan for hair & makeup.
On your wedding day, we’ll step in to make sure everything runs beautifully, so you and your families can relax and savor every detail of your celebration. We coordinate your vendor team, set up and take down your event, and handle any surprises.

How early should we begin planning our wedding?
We recommend that you start 12-18 months before your wedding. Exceptional venues and vendors in Charlotte often book early, so an earlier start allows you to take an intentional, unrushed approach to decision-making.
If you’re considering us as your Charlotte wedding planners, we advise reaching out as early as possible. That way, you have our guidance for some of the most important decisions, such as venue selection, budget structuring, and event design.
What’s the difference between The Legacy Experience and The Curated Experience?
The Legacy Experience covers every element of your wedding design, from selecting your dinner menu to sourcing your linens. We also support you with hospitality and guest accommodations, curate your entire vendor team, and handle budgeting and vendor communication at every step of the way.
The Curated Experience is a collaborative model where we serve as creative advisors. We’ll make your existing plans more cohesive, guide you when you have questions about guest experience, and design specific, high-impact elements such as florals and tablescapes. You’ll also receive support with vendor management and budgeting along the way.
What’s the difference between The Essential Experience and The Curated Experience?
The Essential Experience supports you with planning and coordination, while you take charge of the design decisions. Through monthly check-ins and our online planning portal, we help you stay on track with to-dos and communicate with your vendor team. We’re there to answer etiquette questions, provide thoughtful recommendations, and deal with logistics. Our team will also be present to handle set-up, coordination, and breakdown on your wedding day.
The Curated Experience includes everything in the Essential Experience, as well as design guidance for key moments throughout the wedding, such as your color story, florals, and tablescapes. We also support you with designing the layout and flow of the ceremony and reception.
